Please keep your submission within the limits indicated below. Abstracts which exceed these guidelines may be truncated.

Use capital letters only at the beginning of a sentence or for proper nouns e.g. names, otherwise lowercase should be used.

The abstract should be structured using the following headings:

- For original work: Objective, Methods, Results, Conclusions
- For case reports: no headings
